| Location | Setagaya (Youga, Kami-Youga, Karasuyama), Tama (Seiseki-Sakuragaoka), Mitaka (Mitaka), Meguro (Musashi-Koyama), Shinjuku (Mejiro, Higashi-Nakano), Ota (Den-en-Chofu), Koto (Toyosu, Monzen-nakacho), Sumida (Kikukawa), Nerima (Nerima) and others |
| Working days & hours | From about 2 days a week (must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays) *Days and hours by arrangement (weekdays 15:00–19:30, 1–2 lessons; weekends 8:30–17:30, 1–4 lessons) |
| Hourly pay | From ¥1,226 e.g. per lesson: from ¥2,861 (90-minute lesson + 50 minutes of preparation and clean-up = 140 minutes in total; travel expenses paid at cost) |
| Requirements | You share GAJYUKU’s educational philosophy; you are eager to learn about art education for children through practice; you have graduated from (or completed graduate studies at), or are currently enrolled at, an art university; and you are responsible and can work with us for the long term. *Opportunity for promotion to class instructor, depending on ability |
