| Payment timing | For Trial Lessons, the Parent & Child Class, Spring School and Summer School, payment is made by credit card when you apply online. For the Regular Classes (ongoing), the following month’s tuition is paid by direct debit on the 27th of each month. You set up the direct debit when you enroll, and it starts from the 3rd month, so please pay the first 2 months’ tuition by bank transfer by the 27th of each month for the following month. Enrollment renews automatically for 1 year after 1 year from your enrollment date unless you tell us otherwise (and likewise thereafter). If you do not wish to renew, please let us know at least 1 month before the year ends. |

| Returns and cancellations | Cancellation after payment is not possible. If you must cancel an online payment for unavoidable reasons, a cancellation fee of 5% applies up to 3 days before the lesson date (counted by calendar date); after that, the cancellation fee is 99%. To change a lesson date after booking, please use the contact form or call us (09017755480). This does not apply where the cause is attributable to the Company. *Fees already paid cannot be refunded if you are absent or late for the program. *If you paid after the class was full, or if a class does not reach the minimum number and does not run, we will refund you (by bank transfer). |
