1. 0–5 min
   Welcome ＆ Today's wordsあいさつと、今日使う英語のことばの紹介。道具の名前も英語で確認します。Hello, and the English words we will use today, including the names of the tools.
2. 5–10 min
   Listening Game色・形・動物・天気・場所。聞こえた英語の単語に答えるウォーミングアップ。Colour, shape, animal, weather, place. A warm-up answering single English words.
3. 10–20 min
   Piece 1: Listen and paint聞いて描く。音楽を聞いて、感じたことを描きます。Listen to music and paint what you feel.
4. 20–30 min
   Piece 2: Smell, touch and paintかいで、さわって描く。香りと手ざわりを感じてから、もう一枚。Scent and touch first, then another painting.
5. 30–43 min
   Piece 3: All togetherぜんぶ合わせて。これまでの感覚を合わせて、最後の一枚を仕上げます。Every sense combined into a final painting.
6. 43–50 min
   Reflection作品をふりかえり、仕上げます。Looking back at the work and finishing it.
7. 50–60 min
   Show ＆ Tell保護者の方もお部屋に入り、子どもたちの発表をご覧いただけます。Parents join us to watch the children present their work.

時間配分はめやすです。子どもたちの様子に合わせて進めます。今日のことばと絵カードは机の上に置いてあるので、単語を思い出せなくても大丈夫です。

Timings are a guide; we follow the children. Today's words and picture cards stay on the table, so no one gets stuck on a word.

ミナミ・（タガキ）・モリスは、東京を拠点に活動するマルチディシプリナリーアーティスト兼クリエイティブ・エデュケーターです。絵画、ドローイング、身体表現、写真といった多様な表現を横断しながら制作を行い、人々が自らの感覚や感情、そして人生で積み重ねてきた経験を通して、どのように世界を体験し、解釈し、意味を見出していくのかに関心を寄せています。

Minami (Tagaki) Morris is a Tokyo-based multidisciplinary artist and creative educator whose practice explores identity, memory, perception, and human connection, working across painting, drawing, movement, and photography. She is interested in how people experience, interpret, and make meaning of the world through their senses, emotions, and lived experiences.

予約 Booking

• 各セッションとも先着順で受け付け、定員に達した時点で締め切ります。
• 予約の締め切りは11月22日（日）23:59です。
• 11月17日（火）以降のお申し込みは、キャンセルされても返金はありません。
• 予約はLuma（外部の予約サービス）のページで受け付けています。ボタンを押すと別のタブで開きます。
• 予約ページはセッションごとに分かれています。お子さまの年齢に合うセッションのボタンからお申し込みください。

• Places are first come, first served, and each session closes when it is full.
• Bookings close at 23:59 on Sunday 22 November.
• Bookings made from Tuesday 17 November cannot be refunded if cancelled.
• Bookings are taken on Luma, which opens in a new tab.
• Each session has its own booking page. Please book from the button for the session that fits your child's age.

ご予約の前に Before you book

• 香りを使います。使う香りは、ラベンダー・レモン・オレンジ・ローズ・バニラの5種類です。予約フォームでアレルギーの有無を必ずお知らせください。We use scents: lavender, lemon, orange, rose and vanilla. Please tell us about any allergies on the booking form.
• お子さまの英語の経験を予約フォームでお聞きします。英語が初めてでも参加できます。The booking form asks about your child's English. Children new to English are welcome.
• 当日は記録のため写真・動画を撮影します。掲載の可否は予約フォームでお選びいただけます。掲載を希望されないお子さまは、名札の色で区別し、撮影に配慮します。We photograph and film the session. You can choose on the booking form how the images may be used. Children who should not be photographed wear a different coloured name tag.
• 水彩絵の具を使います。汚れてもよい服装でお越しください。材料・道具はすべてご用意します。We use watercolour paint, so please wear clothes that can get messy. We provide all materials and tools.
• 授業中、保護者の方は室外でお待ちください。最後の10分（Show ＆ Tell）からお部屋に入っていただけます。Parents wait outside the room during the session and join for the last ten minutes (Show & Tell).
• 講師の体調不良などでMinami Morrisが担当できなくなった場合は、がじゅくの英語講師が代わりに担当します。If Minami Morris is unable to teach because of illness or other reasons, a GAJYUKU English teacher will lead the session instead.
• キャンセル・返金については、下の「キャンセル・返金について」をご確認ください。Please read the cancellation and refund policy below.

キャンセル・返金について Cancellations and refunds

ご予約後にキャンセルされる場合は、予約ページ（Luma）からお手続きください。返金額は、お手続きいただいた日を基準とします。キャンセル以外のご連絡・ご相談も、Lumaで受け付けております。返金は、お手続きを確認してから7営業日以内に、お支払いいただいたカードへ行います。

If you need to cancel, please do so from the booking page (Luma). The refund depends on the date you cancel. For anything else, please contact us through Luma as well. Refunds are made to the card you paid with, within 7 working days of our confirming your cancellation.

• 開催14日前まで（11月9日（月）23:59）：参加費から決済・予約サービスの手数料を差し引いた額を返金します。Up to 14 days before (by 23:59 on Monday 9 November): the fee is refunded, less payment and booking-service charges.
• 開催13日前〜7日前（11月10日（火）〜11月16日（月）23:59）：参加費の50%を返金します。13 to 7 days before (Tuesday 10 to 23:59 on Monday 16 November): 50% of the fee is refunded.
• 開催6日前以降（11月17日（火）〜）・当日・ご連絡のない不参加：返金はいたしかねます。From 6 days before (from Tuesday 17 November), on the day, or no-show without notice: no refund.

• 材料をお一人ずつご用意するため、開催直前のキャンセルは返金が難しくなります。あらかじめご了承ください。
• 台風・地震・交通機関の計画運休などを含め、がじゅくの判断で開催を中止した場合は、参加費を全額返金します。
• 講師の交代（Minami Morris → がじゅくの英語講師）は、プログラム内容を変えずに実施するため、返金の対象にはなりません。
• 中止・変更は、このページ、Lumaからのメール、アプリ内通知（Luma Appをご利用の方）でお知らせします。
• お席を同じセッションの対象年齢のお子さまにお譲りいただく場合は、開催前日までにLumaからご相談ください。

• Because materials are prepared for each child, we cannot refund last-minute cancellations.
• If GAJYUKU cancels the workshop, including for a typhoon, earthquake or suspended transport, we refund the fee in full.
• A change of instructor (Minami Morris → a GAJYUKU English teacher) does not qualify for a refund, as the program stays the same.
• We will announce any cancellation or change on this page, by email through Luma, and through in-app notifications (for Luma App users).
• You may transfer your place to another child in the same session's age group if you ask us through Luma by the day before.
